TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Who we are Needoh.sg is operated by Kids Village Asia Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202009660Z), a company incorporated in Singapore and the sole authorized distributor of NeeDoh® in Singapore and Malaysia. NeeDoh® is a registered trademark of Schylling, Inc. You can contact us at ask@needoh.sg.
2. Using this website By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
3. Products and availability We try to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but colours are shipped at random and may differ from photos. Expected arrival months for out-of-stock products are estimates from our supplier and may change. We don't guarantee that any product will be available.
4. Prices and payment Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if:
- the product is out of stock or can't be supplied;
- we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method; or
- the order appears to be for resale, or exceeds a purchase limit shown on the website.
6. Purchase limits NeeDoh is in short supply. To keep stock fair for families, we may set per-customer limits on some products and may cancel orders that exceed them.
7. Delivery Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns and faulty goods Returns of products bought on Needoh.sg are covered by our Refund Policy. Products bought from our authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer you bought them from, under that retailer's own policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.
9. Product safety NeeDoh is suitable for ages 3 and over. It contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. Never microwave, freeze, cut or puncture NeeDoh. Please read and keep the safety information on the box.
10. Authenticity Every product sold on Needoh.sg is genuine NeeDoh supplied by Schylling, Inc. You can check the laser sticker code on products from our current stock at toycheck.asia. Our authenticity guarantee covers products bought from Needoh.sg and our authorized retailers only.
11. Intellectual property All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Kids Village Asia Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. NeeDoh® and related marks belong to Schylling, Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
12. Liability To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We don't limit liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
14. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, including the Small Claims Tribunals where eligible.
