SHIPPING POLICY
Where we deliver We currently deliver NeeDoh within Singapore only. We don't ship overseas at this time.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of S$50 and above
- S$4.50 for orders below S$50
How long it takes Orders are delivered by local couriers (such as Ninja Van, SPX or Speedpost) and usually arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch, depending on the courier. Weekends and Singapore public holidays are not working days.
When we dispatch Orders paid before 12pm (Singapore time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.
Products that are out of stock Products marked "Sold out" or showing an expected arrival month can't be ordered until they're back in stock. Arrival months are estimates from our supplier and can change. Join our mailing list to be told when a product is back.
Delivery restrictions
- We can't deliver to P.O. boxes.
- A surcharge may apply for Jurong Island and Sentosa. We'll contact you before dispatch if it does.
When your parcel arrives Please check your order as soon as it arrives and keep the original box. It carries important safety information and the laser authenticity sticker. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, email ask@needoh.sg within 3 working days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Lost or delayed parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email ask@needoh.sg and we'll trace it with the courier.
