PRIVACY POLICY: REVISED (Singapore PDPA)

Who we are Needoh.sg is operated by Kids Village Asia Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202009660Z), Singapore ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address.
- Order details: what you buy, return or ask us about.
- Payment details: processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store full card numbers.
- Account details: if you create an account.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technology.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and answer your questions.
- To verify authenticity and prevent fraud, including checking returned products against our records.
- To send restock alerts and marketing emails, only if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To run, secure and improve our website.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, with:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments;
- delivery partners such as Ninja Van, SPX and Speedpost;
- Klaviyo, which sends our emails;
- our professional advisers and authorities, where required by law. We don't sell your personal data.
Transfers outside Singapore Some of our service providers store data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to make sure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
Cookies We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may not work.
How long we keep it We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, order records kept for tax purposes). After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Keeping it safe We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we'll notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as required by the PDPA.
Your rights You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used in the past year, correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. We'll respond within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to fulfil some orders or services.
Children Our products are for children, but our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data directly from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
