Are the contents inside my NeeDoh safe?
Schylling, the maker of NeeDoh, tests products rigorously throughout development and production to meet current safety standards and ensure they are non-toxic. The outer material is thermoplastic rubber (TPR) with a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fill, the same substance used in pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. Colour-changing NeeDoh uses water-soluble, non-toxic dyes. Nice Cube products use a TPR outer with a 100% maltose filling.
How do I clean my NeeDoh?
Hand wash with mild soap and water and let it air dry. If it feels dirty or sticky, dust it lightly with corn starch or baby powder.
What if the contents inside my NeeDoh escape?
Scrape up the escaped contents and throw them away. Use a clean, wet cloth with mild soap to remove any residue from surfaces or items.
There are air bubbles in my Nice Cube. Is that normal?
Yes. Air bubbles inside a Nice Cube are totally normal and just add an extra element to squish, squeeze and pull. Watch the video.
My NeeDoh feels very firm. Is something wrong with it?
No. NeeDoh, especially Nice Cube and Gumdrop styles, can firm up in storage. Warm it in your hands and knead it gently to bring back the squish. Watch the video.
How do I know my NeeDoh is genuine?
From the mid-October 2026 restock, every authentic NeeDoh from Kids Village Asia carries a laser anti-counterfeit sticker with a unique 7-character code. Enter the code at toycheck.asia to check it. Codes are case-sensitive.
